Horgan -- Mrs. Honora Horgan passed peacefully away at the family residence, 705 Lapeer avenue, at 9 o'clock this morning. Death was due to thrombois following a week's illness. Honora Crowley was born at Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, 77 years ago. In her young girlhood she emigrated to Stratford, Canada, and in 1855 was united in marriage there with John Horgan who died 28 years ago. She was the mother of 11 children, six of whom survive her, John C., of Denver, Colorado, Mrs. Thomas Mahoney, of Chesaning, Daniel, of Carrollton, and M. J. Brigid and Anna of Saginaw. Mrs. Horgan was a faithful member of the Church of the Sacred Heart and the funeral will be held from there Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. Fr. Reis officiating. Interment will be at St. Andrew's cemetery.
